Long-Durational Performance for the Finissage of “FABULA”

The last two days of the photo-exhibition by Mane Hovhannisyan, called “Fabula”, have been marked by a long-durational performance by theatrum phonosophicum with ongoing sound installations. The protagonists of the photo cycle have inhabited the place of the exhibition/installation in a performative way, also sleeping and eating there, projecting their sound works, acting with different objects, having intimate conversations with occasional visitors, or keeping silence and listening… (“just sitting and being aware of the universal activity”).
The final day was highlighted by the “spectral appearances” of viola player Vincent Royer, who improvised interacting with the exhibition/installation.
